The White Plains Youth Bureau has been quietly improving the lives of young people since it became a formal city government office in 1970. They have one mission: helping youth grow into successful adults.Today the WPYB works with over 2,000 kids a day and offers over 50 programs.
The City of White Plains and the Friends of White Plains Youth Bureau, a 501(c)(3) non-profit fundraising organization, assist the WPYB in positively impacting White Plains’ youth. But there is always more we can do, and we need neighbors like you to help improve our community’s future.
Please contribute $50 to our “LOCAL LOVE” campaign, our goal is for 1,000 of you—neighbors, aunties, friends, teachers, brothers and cousins, to invest in empowering kids in White Plains youth to participate in technology, science, law, while guiding at-risk teens towards opportunity and wellness. Won’t you help us to change the world one kid at a time?
